A unique and original product of the Sardinian tradition, our thistles are born from the skilful cutting of the Spiny Artichoke plant before fruiting.
They are an excellent appetizer that perfectly accompanies red and white meats and a special dressing for first courses, such as cold pasta and rice salads.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, cover with a drizzle of oil and refrigerate.
